Prepare the Ground
Mark the area, excavate to required depth, then install and compact a solid sub-base (MOT Type 1 or similar).
Level & protect
Apply a thin leveling layer of sharp sand and lay weed membrane.
Install grids
Place and connect the grid panels evenly across the prepared surface.
Fill with gravel
Fill cells with angular gravel and level slightly above the grid.

Rose Quartz gravel is a more rounded type of aggregate. It consists of predominantly yellow shades and mid-tone browns with a scattering of oranges and pinks. This gravel can also be called by other names like Crannock Ice Gravel. Many of the pieces have a translucent almost jewel like appearance to them giving this aggregate an elegant look.
