Golden gravel a very popular aggregate and is sometimes known by other names like Golden Flint, Rhinegold Gravel, Barley Gold Gravel, Corn Gravel, Yellow Shingle aggregate, Solent Gravel or Southern Gold Gravel. A variety of brownish coloured shades is represented in Golden Gravel. The colours could be described as gold, cream, buff, honey, yellow and brown. It is one of the most decorative aggregates with a semi angular shape and with it being a flint it's very hard wearing. It interlocks well together and is definitely an all rounder and suitable for use in most situations including landscaping, rockeries, ponds and water features and paths. The 10mm size can be used on gravel driveways but the 20mm Golden gravel would be a better choice as the chippings are less likely to get stuck in tyre tread. The size range is approximately 6-14mm. The recommended depth for laying is 30-40mm. Also available... Golden Gravel 6mm & Golden Gravel 20mm
