Cumbrian Green Slate is quarried in Cumbria. In general they have a smoothish texture and are a greyish green colour. They are quite a uniform colour but can have lighter streaks and markings in the pieces. Sometimes this includes the odd flashes of oranges and reds. This smaller size is better suited for walking on so ideal for paths and driveways. It can also be used in planting areas, rockeries, ponds and water features.
