This is a naturally occurring product and there can be variations in colour. We always photograph the product after washing because it can be dusty when you receive it.
This mixture of aggregate consists of Alpine Blue Gravel and Black Basalt Gravel. Other names for this gravel are sometimes used like Polar Black Ice Gravel, Alpine Black Gravel and Panda Gravel. The blend of the gravel gives the full greyscale range from white to grey to black. It looks great in water features because when this gravel is wet it brings out the colour and contrast. However it's NOT suitable for ponds with fish in. It gives driveways a stunning classy look with it's monochromatic black and white tones. The size range is approximately 8-16mm.
