Weed Prevention Information
Gravel laid without a fabric weed membrane allows weeds to take root deep into the soil making them very difficult to remove. By adding some weed membrane to your order you will save yourself a lot of time and trouble in the future. Weeds will still grow in your gravelled areas, but now they can be pulled out including the root with ease. For a small cost and a little extra time in preparation you’ll soon appreciate how easy it is to keep your gravel or slate chipping looking like it was just laid. If you use a litter picker you won’t even have to bend down to do your weeding! For more details see below or watch the video.
