Heavy duty weed control membrane on a 1m x 15m roll. Not suitable on gravel drives that will have vehicles on. Ideal for gravelled areas like paths, under decking or flowerbeds. Suppresses tough dormant weeds already in the soil. Also prevents weed seeds that land in the gravel, growing and their roots anchoring in the soil. The fabric is strong and permeable, letting water drain through. Helps to keep your garden maintenance low. For best results remove weeds as soon as you see them growing through the aggregate. Prepare the area before laying the weed membrane. Dig out all visible weeds and rake level. The deeper the aggregate laid on the fabric, the longer the life expectancy it has. Heavy duty membrane has a life expectancy of 25 years. If you need to overlap the area when laying, this should be between 100mm & 150mm and fixed in place with the included pegs. You may need more weed membrane than the calculator recommends. In most cases the shape of the area will require the weed fabric to be overlapped. You might also need extra pegs depending on the amount of overlapping that's needed. These can be purchased separately in 20 peg packs.
